What is ABA Therapy

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a therapy based on the science of learning and behavior (Autismspeaks.org). Through focusing on the understanding of behavior and what affects it (environment, for example), ABA Therapy Programs help individuals with disabilities or behavioral problems. The ABA Therapy has proven to improve communication skills, lessen disruptive behaviors, and improve academic performance. For more about ABA Therapy, please visit https://www.autismspeaks.org.
